Tariff and contact information of Annapoorna Farm Karjat

For those looking for a budget stay in the real sense of the term, Annapoorna Farm at Karjat is the best option. It is just Rs.1,600/- for a 24hrs stay. Since we were aware about the long weekend holiday in March from 24^th to 27^th, we had decided to book in January itself since from our previous experiences of booking at farm stays, had anticipated lot of people booking too for that time period. We arrived on 25^th morning at 11.30a.m. and left on 27^th afternoon after lunch at 1p.m. Loved every minute of our stay, especially the food!

There are 3 cottages at Annapoorna Farm, Karjat. One cottage houses 2 rooms named Jai and Jui and the other has 2 rooms named Mogra and Gulab. The third cottage is a large, dormitory type single room for large groups, with 2 bathrooms and 2 loos.

Se stayed in the 'Jai' room.

Our final bill:

1 person x 1 night stay (had to return home due to work): Rs.1,600/-

+

4 persons x 3 nights stay (Friday, Saturday & Sunday night and included breakfast on Monday morning): Rs.19,200/-

+

Lunch on Monday for 4 persons: Rs.800/-

+

Boating charges: Rs.100/- per round (since we were 5 of us, it was 2 rounds).

= Rs.22,000/- [adjusted with the advance payment of Rs.9,600/- made via NEFT 3 days after booking the rooms in January]

Note: We were not charged for the limbu sherbet we ordered every day and not even for the extra ones we ordered on Monday to take with us for our return train journey. We had expected charges for it since we were charged for it during our stay at Save Farm Gholvad (at Saguna Baug, Neral also no extra charges for limbu or kokum sherbet).
